Twin Peep Show – A Tribute to David Lynch, Cabaret, and Seattle in the ’90s
From the hitmaking duo behind Bohemia, The Fairy’s Bottom, and Seattle Vice came a wild, musical romp through their favorite decade. Created by Opal Peachey and Mark Siano, Twin Peep Show blended cabaret, musical theater, acrobatics, burlesque, and sketch comedy into a surreal and seductive night of entertainment.
The world premiere production took place in Seattle at The Triple Door in August 2024, where audiences stepped into the Red Room as Siano—an enigmatic host—guided them through a world of pleasures, fears, and well-kept secrets. Opal Peachey starred as an erstwhile podcaster Emerald Cherry, who finds a secret entrance into the red room by walking backwards through the doors of the old Embassy Theater (The Triple Doors former moniker, in the early 90s).
Fans of the cult classic Twin Peaks reveled in the nostalgia, while those new to the Lynchian universe were swept away by the dazzling spectacle, live music, and world-class performances.
Fresh from a Cirque du Soleil tour, aerialists Anne-Marie and R. Jones Talmadge starred as Laura Palmer and Special Agent Dale Cooper. Audiences experienced sultry dance from Vivian Tam, knee-slapping comedy from Katheryn Reed, and an eerie, owl-esque reveal from Nox Falls.
Backed by a five-piece live band, the show pulsed with the smoky jazz of Angelo Badalamenti, Seattle’s grunge-era anthems, and original compositions by Peachey and Siano. A celebration of mystery, music, and the delightfully strange, Twin Peep Show left its mark as an unforgettable theatrical experience.
